RSVP & Attendance

  • Please let us know by September 30 so we can plan meals, seating, and special touches just for you.

  • Yes—we love your little ones, and they are absolutely welcome! Please include their names and ages when you RSVP so we can plan accordingly.

  • If your invitation includes a guest, they’re warmly invited—just add their name when you RSVP. If not, we’re keeping things cozy and intimate this time.

  • We’ll miss you! Just let us know via the RSVP form so we can celebrate with you from afar.

Events & Transportation

  • Events will begin outdoors (weather permitting) and move indoors as the evening continues.

  • Yes! We’re planning both a welcome dinner and a farewell brunch—optional but highly encouraged. Details coming soon.

  • Yes—we’ll have shuttles running between the recommended hotels and the venue on the wedding day to make everything smooth and stress-free.

  • Not necessarily. In Jerez, many guests get around easily by taxi, rideshare, or on foot. But if you’d like to explore the countryside or neighboring towns, a rental car can offer extra freedom.

Where to Stay

  • Yes! We’ve reserved blocks at:

    • Hotel Tío Pepe in Jerez de la Frontera (about 30 minutes from the venue)

    • Parador de Arcos de la Frontera (about 5–10 minutes from the venue)

Booking codes and details will be posted on our Accommodations page by July 31

Food & Drink

  • Yes! We've made sure the menu includes something for everyone. Please note any dietary needs when you RSVP.

  • Yes—open bar all evening with beer, wine, cocktails, and non-alcoholic beverages.

Travel & Exploring

Extras

  • Dressy but relaxed—something festive, breathable, and great for dancing under the stars. Think: elevated garden party with sensible shoes (there may be cobblestones!) and a layer for the cool evening breeze.
